My friend Neil Ferguson will join me to facilitate Biodynamic Breathwork . Neil has facilitated Biodynamic Breathwork retreats in many places across North America, and Australia. If you haven't done breathwork before, this is a great opportunity to give it a try. It can help to move stuck energy and emotions and bring more ease and aliveness to the body.

Please arrive a few minutes before 10 am PST.

Everyone will be muted for the journey, so you can sing along and make lots of noise if you like. You are welcome to have your video on or off. I like to lie down on my back with space to move.

I will play my didgeridoo, shruti box, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, flutes, shakers, handpan, sansula, drum, and I'll do some overtone and throat singing.

Headphones, good speakers, or earbuds are highly recommended as is having an intention for your journey.

"I can't say enough about the sound healing journeys that Eric offers. The style and delivery really hit home for me. The quality of music, throat singing and toning really drop you into a deep and truly healing experience. The sound quality and tones have been mastered for zoom, so a quality experience from home is accessible to all." ~ Shane

More about Sound Healing and Breathwork

Emotions are energies that need to move through our bodies. When we hold back the energies of our emotions, they become stuck in our bodies and create physical, psychological, and spiritual challenges. Fortunately, we have many tools that help us release stuck energy, such as breath, sound, movement, intention, attention, and more.

When I facilitate sound journey breathwork sessions, I start by explaining various options for how to work with the various tools we have for releasing stuck energy. For example, breathing more vigorously through the mouth can have certain benefits for stuck energy, but sometimes breathing more gently through the nose is the right approach. It depends on various factors, such as the part of the body you're addressing, the emotions you're working with, and how strong and centerd you are feeling.

"My main response when you told us that the ceremony was over was 'No!' I just didn't want it to end. The effect of your music on my entire nervous system was subtle and profound." ~ Shayla
