Approaching Energy

I'm absolutely delighted about my NVC workshop in Gibsons last Saturday.  I decided not to wear a skin-tight aerodynamic body-suit but had a blast anyway.  We mingled; we danced; we argued--role-play arguing; we connected; we feasted (thank you for the inspiring feast Shining Sage Catering!); we laughed; we juggled; and we explored those places we don't always want to visit.

My new approach to NVC was well received.  This approach is about our life energy and how NVC can help us better move and expand this precious energy.  I've worked with the energy in our bodies in various ways--with chinese medicine, with EFT, with energy medicine--and I'm thrilled with how it is now coming through in my NVC work.  My next workshop is in Kelowna on April 3rd and I'm excited to see how my new approach will continue evolve.

In Inspiration,
Eric

Here is feedback from one of the workshop participants:

"Here are the words to describe my experience:
    FUN, Inspiring, Source-connected, Joyful, Playful,
    Grace-filled, soulful, peace-centered, wonder-filled,
open the heart chakra, did I mention FUN!!!"

"Great workshop.  I liked the idea that NVC is a
lifetime practice... and that the intention and
energy behind comments is more important."

"Your enthusiasm regarding NVC moves the class
into an environment of engagement.  Thank you Eric."
