About the Compassion in the Classroom Project

I have shared Compassionate Communication with children in schools throughout the Kootenays and feel very hopeful about how children embrace the NVC consciousness and start envisioning a peaceful world.  The purpose of the Compassion In The Classroom Project is to make more NVC training and materials available to children as part of life-long learning that will truly serve them and the world they create. 

A portion of the profits from the summer 2009 BC Road to Compassion went to starting an NVC Community Library at the SelfDesign-International School of the Kootenays in Nelson.  This library will make NVC books and materials available to as many children and youth as possible.
