Initial Meeting
Getting clarity on the needs of your business/organization/group and your goals and objectives. An exploration of how we could support you. This initial talk is free of charge.
2.
Initial Introduction to Compassionate Communication
An interactive, experiential workshop session to give you and your co-workers/group members a taste of how the Compassionate Communication Process could serve you in creating the kind of thriving relational environment you want to work in.
3.
Customized Consultation, Coaching for Managers and Ongoing Training for Staff
We work together with you to create a plan of support that suits your needs in order to maximize the success of integrating Compassionate Communication. We can also explore the possibility of implementing Dynamic Governance in order to further support a successful (profitable?) needs-based organization where people thrive.
