compassionate communication with intentional communities

We offer compassionate communication intensive trainings for groups of people creating a life and shared vision together.  In working together with the group we design a training that suits your specific topics of interest.  These trainings usually involve us traveling to the group's site and working with them for 3 days to a month, with regular classes.  In these trainings we enjoy partnering Compassionate Communication with Dynamic Governance- an effective, cutting edge group governance model for decision making, running meetings and governing the group's activities. Dynamic Governance aligns fluidly with the Compassionate Communication process to support groups to live from their values and get things done, even amongst the challenges that can arise in living and working with a group of people.
