Training for Businesses and OrganizationsTraining for Businesses and Organizations

I work with conscious businesses and organizations that want to improve productivity and teamwork.  I help them achieve goals through efficient and engaged collaboration.

In trainings for businesses and organizations I teach participants skills to grow personally, interpersonally and systemically.

Personal Skills:

I teach participants

  • a five-step process that helps you prepare for difficult conversations you might have with your boss or colleagues so you can be ready, relaxed, and focused on the results you want for the conversation;
  • a three-step process for managing your workload and time while still being seen as a team player;
  • a five-step process for finding calm and clarity during conflict or stressful periods.

Interpersonal Skills:

I teach participants

  • how to use language so that others easily understand their points;
  • how to respond effectively when receiving criticism, blame or negative feedback;
  • how to give feedback to colleagues in ways that are experienced as helpful rather than critical.

Systemic Skills:

I teach participants

  • a simple and powerful system for leading groups towards decisions while including everyone's points and concerns;
  • how to direct and navigate meetings in a way that maximises efficiency and engagement:
  • and I lead teams through a process for creating a mission statement that brings coherence and focus towards meeting goals.

"Eric was able to skillfully bring into alignment, 30 staff's perspectives allowing our Team to create  a unified "Shared Intention" for workplace harmony. He exemplified Compassionate Communication, and inspired principles of Sociocratic decision making that our diverse working group has agreed to take personal responsibility to implement on the job. I would recommend Eric to any Manager who wishes to unify employees under an agreed upon set of positive work environment principles."
